These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, purchases, and transactions between Caird Lumber Ltd. and its customers. By purchasing from the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment terms: 50% deposit is required on all orders prior to cutting/ordering. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* All orders must be paid in full at time of pick up.

*All credit card transaction will have a surcharge of 2%.

• Applicable taxes (HST) are added to all sales.

• Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

• The Buyer is responsible for securing their load.

• The Seller is not responsible for delays due to weather, transportation issues, or supplier shortages.

• Lumber is sold as-is unless otherwise stated. 

• Rough-cut lumber dimensions may vary. Planed or finished dimensions are approximate.

• The Buyer must inspect and approve materials upon pickup/delivery. No claims will be accepted once materials leave the premises.

• The Seller makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability of materials for a specific use.

• The Buyer assumes all responsibility for proper storage, handling, and use of the materials.

• The Seller is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of its products.

• The Buyer is responsible for their own safety while on the premises.

• The Seller is not liable for personal injuries, vehicle damage, or property damage occurring on-site.

No smoking on the premises. 

By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
